Sales Management (Assigned Territory):

  • Responsible for planning and executing sales and marketing activities / strategies to increase market share and achieve sales and profit targets for assigned territory.
  • Perform market research in areas of competition, prospective clients and potential for new business.
  • Provide accurate and punctual forecasting reports on a monthly basis.
  • Achieve sales and gross profit target.

Strategic:

  • Develop and implement strategic and annual business plans to meet the short / medium / long term business objective of Sysmex India Pvt Ltd.
  • Manage P&L and achieve financial objective for existing and new products within assigned territory.
  • Cultivate contacts with Diagnostic industry stakeholders (government, corporate hospitals, Key opinion leaders, etc.) to ensure Sysmex strategic presence.
  • Overseeing the operational efficiency of sales & marketing operations of assigned territory.

Distributor management:

  • Work with distributor representatives to achieve our sales growth objectives and expand Sysmex.
  • Assist distributors with promotional activities and meetings, seminar, UGM or CME that they could hold in cooperation with Sysmex.
