Job description

  • The profile includes handling inbound customer calls, updating customer query/complaint in CRM (software).
  • Forwarding the complaint to respective field staff. Ensuring customer query/complaint gets resolved in time.
  • Handling outbound calls to customer to understand customer satisfaction.
  • Handling remote service
  • Also maintain documentation and support reporting manager for audit.

Skills

  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • BSc/BSc IT
