Requirements
- 10+ years of work experience in IVD industry.
- To develop & implement Customer Care Strategy that enhances customer satisfaction and relationship.
- Develop, mentor, coach and increase skills within the Regional Customer Care Team.
- Maintain a productive and motivated team, who contribute to the development and growth of the region.
- Promote quality processes and systems throughout all aspects of the Customer Care Dept.
- Ensure elevated level of Customer Satisfaction, Service delivery and customer retention.
- Manage key accounts effectively.
