Requirements 

  • 10+ years of work experience in IVD industry.
  • To develop & implement Customer Care Strategy that enhances customer satisfaction and relationship.
  • Develop, mentor, coach and increase skills within the Regional Customer Care Team.
  • Maintain a productive and motivated team, who contribute to the development and growth of the region.
  • Promote quality processes and systems throughout all aspects of the Customer Care Dept.
  • Ensure elevated level of Customer Satisfaction, Service delivery and customer retention.
  • Manage key accounts effectively.
