Roles & Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility of this role is to manage the day-to-day Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programme with particular emphasis on Sales & Marketing
  • Produce and circulate regular analytical reports for the continual performance tracking of the CRM strategy to relevant stakeholders
  • Complete and continually track database segmentation and identify and classify key customer groups according to their interests and value.
  • Track & continually monitor reagent consumption / MPA values and alert respective team members on the same.
  • Co-ordinate with Marketing team to build and develop targeted marketing campaigns for known and potential new customers.
  • Responsible for sphere reporting and other marketing communications activities in coordination with SAP and internal SIP team.
  • In conjunction with the Product management team, ensure that the customer database is optimised in the development of local marketing messages and the growth of profit
  • Prepare and update on regular basis, reports on sale pipeline, prospects, tenders, etc and present to the management on a timely basis.
  • Perform ad- hoc job-related duties and special projects when assigned.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, business, marketing, communications, management, hospitality or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Diagnostics or Life science experience will be required.
  • Knowledge of Clinical diagnostics, Life science, Flow Cytometry, Cytogenetics is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-starter, high level of initiative, proven proactive thinker.
  • Commitment to customer service (internal and external).
  • Ability to multi-task with results-oriented mindset.
